CO — The Silent Killer You Can’t See or Smell
Share
What is CO?
Carbon monoxide is a colorless, odorless gas formed by incomplete combustion of fuel—car exhausts, gas stoves, or heaters are common sources.
Why It’s Dangerous
When inhaled, CO binds to hemoglobin, reducing oxygen supply to organs and tissues. Prolonged exposure can cause dizziness, headaches, and even loss of consciousness.
Indoor CO Exposure
Poor ventilation makes indoor CO buildup a serious risk, especially in urban homes or garages.
Prevention & Protection
A portable purifier with carbon filtration can help neutralize gaseous pollutants like CO and keep air fresh while you’re on the move.
